I was referred to this clinic by a new doctor, then when I was called by them to set up the appointment, I was told they will not treat me becaz I injured my back at work. However, this is NOT a worker comp claim, as they refuse treatment and I have been released from worker comp .... but as i am trying to file private pay and health insurance(united) but was told and then was HUNG UP ON, that they will not treat me.
