We started contract in mid Apirl and they didn't start work til late August. They don't answer their calls, kept delaying work, and almost didn't get their permit. They finally returned my call when I stop payment on check. They called and told me oh well my supplies are special order and they can't "order" my parts til the check clears. And supplies take around 2 weeks. Those where his famous words. After stopping payment things ran quicker to get job done.
