We hired EPA to repair our tile shower, plumbing, and the drywall/paint repair for the ceiling of the room below. The team noticed the initial damage vs what insurance paid us was not correct and recommended an independent public adjuster which was wonderful. They provided a fast and fair estimate given the amount of work needed. Once agreed upon, work began within a month. These guys have been great! I had a leak on my roof and I needed to get flooring and wallpaper replaced on 2 different floors. The whole process has been a total pain to deal with, but Enhanced Property was great throughout this whole ordeal.
