There is nothing enhanced about it. Lon Brotman is money driven to the t and he will cut corners. Don't expect to pay them and have your opinion heard. He does allow aggressive and predatory towing tactics from parking spots without visible signage. This happened to me. Even when the photo evidence of lack of signage was produced by the towing company itself, no apology or reparations were made. I was a student at the time and did not have an extra $300 to pay.
