Waited a long time to post because I really used to like these guys. Until they replaced my system. The new unit wouldn't cycle off and the reply was to run it on emer heat til they could come back out. The outside froze over since the defrost wasn't working properly. When they did come back I was told I didn't know how to use a heat pump....ok... I asked for a different tech and he showed up laughing at me telling me thd previous guy called me crazy and dumb. Enhanced and its employees (Andrew b. and Ryan k.) showed up exactly on time when I needed help the most! Very professional, very informative, fixed the issues, and the final bill was incredibly reasonable.

I had no water in my basement and this is how this company has left me and the owner refusing to come and fix my water problem that he created. By installing a heater in my house today is March 31. It’s been installed two months ago three months ago. I’m contacting the owner Jim and he still doesn’t return my phone call. So I wouldn’t recommend anybody to have these people install your air condition or heater.
