My neighbor’s tree fell on my property and brought down the power line and damaged the conduit and weather head so Evergy could not restore my service. I called Enhanced and even though the workers were in KC for the day, they went out of their way to help me and fixed my issue quickly for a reasonable cost. I had power restored within a few hours. I will call Enhanced first for any electrical project in the future. Great customer service!
After calling Paschal and receiving a quote of $10,200 (or $8600 with their yearly subscription 🙄) to repair the line from my house to the utility pole and upgrade my panel, I felt sick at the cost. Same day service with outstanding outcome. I wouldn’t choose any other electrician! They are friendly and explain everything.
Great service! They came out soon after we called, fixed problems on our power pole caused by storms and age, and even stayed until the electric company came out and hooked everything back up to make sure it all worked. They were friendly and very knowledgeable, describing what they did and why every step of the way. I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again if we need electrical work.
