Disgusting experience with Dr. Nermeen Makram. My sister, who doesn’t speak English well, asked for an interpreter and was told to “find a Turkish-speaking doctor”, the doctor also refused to use the translator but she was forced to anyways because she couldn’t understand what the doctor is saying. Zero empathy, zero professionalism. She waited over 3 hours just to be rushed out without being able to explain her symptoms. I had an appointment with Dr. Shamil Jungnandan. After driving 1.5 hours to the clinic, the doctor was not there and they cancelled my session. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
