I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to see a doctor for my severe ear pain, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to assist me or provide any care. They were arrogant, disrespectful, and showed zero empathy toward a patient in pain. I strongly advise against coming here; the service is appalling and they clearly do not care about patient health.

Very disappointed with my experience at Enhanced Care Medical Clinic. I had to cancel my original Pap test appointment because I got my period. The clinic later emailed me saying Dr. Lam was willing to perform the test during my period, but I explained that I was experiencing heavy bleeding and was not comfortable proceeding. At my next appointment, Dr. Lam appeared to be unwell and was unable to complete the Pap test properly. A few weeks later, I received a letter advising me that the test would need to be repeated. I noticed the negative reviews for this clinic but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor's office. While Dr. Janice Lam is clearly knowledgeable, she lacks patience and basic empathy. During my Pap smear, she was unable to collect a sample immediately and became noticeably aggressive, audibly sighing multiple times.
