I was about to book an appointment and saw the reviews, so as a patient for over 7 years, I wanted to leave a few words. Dr. Ming Yu is very thorough, kind, and professional, and my child has never needed a separate pediatrician. Dr. Angel is also wonderful, and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Many people around me also recommend Dr. Ming Yu, making he a truly trusted family doctor.
Dr. Ming Yu came across as inexperienced and unfamiliar with my concerns, and I did not feel confident in his medical judgment. My questions were brushed off, appointments felt rushed, and my concerns were not taken seriously. This was not the level of care I expected. I would not recommend Dr. Ming Yu and would advise others to request a different doctor.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ming Yu during a walk in visit to review my arm ultrasound results, as my regular doctor was unavailable for another two weeks. From the start of the appointment, he was rude and dismissive. When I asked him to explain the ultrasound results in simpler terms so I could fully understand what was going on, he let out a loud sigh, spoke very quickly, and appeared visibly annoyed, which made me feel uncomfortable asking questions about my own health. The entire Enhanced Care Clinic Team are very competent and kind. Dr. Bornstein is outstanding. He is competent and knowledgeable and is able to explain all medical issues to me. Thank you for all you do at Enhaced Care Clinic.
We have had several serious issues with this clinic, and unfortunately our experiences have been consistently disappointing. It is almost impossible to reach the clinic by phone—calls rarely get answered, and everything goes straight to an automated message. I previously booked an appointment with Dr. Ismael over the phone, but she never followed up. I did not receive a call, an email, nor any update from the clinic.
