As a result of their incompetence I developed a stomach infection. I was sick for about a year with this. The antibiotic that cured the stomach infection was $344. Also they refused to fix my CT imaging requisition that never went through. Mackenzie hospital never received your fax. I was on the their waiting list for a family doctor. We transitioned to Enhanced Health Care after our long-time family GP retired. Some aspects have been positive—our current GP is empathetic and professional, and the pharmacy services have been solid. However, the administrative side has been consistently frustrating.
