This clinic is disenchanting! Online, they are advertising their clinic to be open on weekdays until 8pm (the hours posted beside the entrance indicate their business hours are until 7pm). I arranged to get a babysitter so I can make it to the clinic in time. I arrived at 6:20pm and they were already closed. Very frustrating as all other walk-ins are now closed until the morning! Also, be aware of deep puddles in the parking lot on a rainy day.
This is NOT actually a walk in clinic. It is a guy with a telephone, who calls another walk in clinic and then hands you the phone to wait for the doctor at the other clinic. He then proceeds to bill OHIP for this "service".
In my experience they locked the doors before 1:40 on a sunday where it says online they close at 5 and on the door they close at 2 big waste of time
The walk in clinic is virtual but it’s very useful when you don’t need to see anyone face to face … I’ve used it a few times and was very happy .. short wait no lineups .. the pharmacist is always kind and helpful also .. I recommend this for minor issues
