Went to Aurora east location for an appt which was scheduled today in the afternoon and I was the doctor’s last appointment. Apparently the locum doctor was not there all day today and the reception staff failed to notify me by voicemail that the appointment needed to be rescheduled until 1 hour before my appointment.
