Barbara’s work is amazing! I wanted inconspicuous permanent liner, right along the lash line, and that is what she gave me. At my follow up, I was ready to go a tad bolder and the result is perfect. I appreciate her medical experience and the sanitary environment. Her tool is designed specifically for eyeliner pigmentation. Bruising, swelling, and peeling were minimal.
