Highly recommend! Very professional and easy to work with. Especially recommend Kevin B. who is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and great with communication. He checked on my property frequently during the cold winter months to make sure my pipes are not frozen and windows are shut tight. Enhance Property Solutions is ran by a felon named Nyles Edwards. They will agree to buy your property and when you get days away from closing will back out unless you accept a lower amount. They do this knowing that you already have signed paperwork to purchase another home. Then on the day of closing 5 mins before you're supposed to close they will back out altogether.
