Sheryl Hicks! I almost say her name with as much reverence as Stevie Nicks. OK, that was a joke, but Sheryl was great. She speaks very clearly. She works fast. She expediently fixed what I had been angry about and dreading calling someone to help with. She saved me a bunch of money. Hello Kendra, I called your company with a urgent medical issue. I understand if I may have the wrong person. But your guy who answered the phone was so rude and hung up on me. This has to do with my life and for your company and employees to act and behave so rude is just wrong. I just can’t understand, Your in the health care business, you suppose to be kind and understanding. If this is the way you can treat someone in need, I feel sorry for your clients who really need you help.
