While the office is clean nice and well run there is a policy in effect that requires every person walking in the door to consent to be photographed. I Purchased a Groupon for Botox this is not a treatment that requires medical history be taken or requires to be photographed before and after as I was not planning on returning for another treatment nor is it a multi step process.
