Wonderful support and training so we could keep our 95 year old mom at home. All the staff who worked with her were cheerful, knowledgeable, very respectful of the patient. Was able to call and reach a nurse anytime day or night (and did). GREAT support in both phone calls and visits on what turned out to be her last day. The nurse who came (the second time that day) to certify the time of death stayed with us through mortuary pickup and took all the medicines and extra supplies with her.
