Thank God my parents weren't admitted under your services. I have a sixth sense of things and I had a weird feeling when I found out the NP Pam, who was a NP from Unified Care Hopsice, was going to assess my parents today. Impressive staff - very professional and caring. I would like to recognize Michelle Cintron who walked with me start to finish through out the hospice experience. Michelle was first to really understand how bad things were for me after dad suffered 8's TIA's combined with two strokes. I did not even realize we were eligible for Hospice but Michelle had us covered via Medicare the same day. Roland Llanes was my dad's primary RN. Enhabit, every single person starting from the delivery guy, the woman that answers the phones... to our last nurse wete absolutely incredible people. Every time we talk about our Mom we mention how incredible your staff was. The kindess and patience were unmatched. We are emotional and beyond grateful you were here to help us through.
