Have been using Enhabit for a few months. The clinicians that I have dealt with have been great. However, I cannot say the same for the office. When my visits eere not “authorized” & Enhabit knew this they still sent clinicians to my home for therapy visits. Why??? Very unprofessional in my opinion. That just screws up my number of visits. When I have called the office in the past, I seem to get the run around. They do not seem to know what they are doing or talking about. They provided home therapy following my knee replacement. Vivina did a great job assessing my needs and discharging me. Brooke did most of my therapy She was professional and encouraging. She communicated well and was on time.
