This place is sinking like a stone do not move here. They can't keep a manager and when they do hire one that will actually help residents they fire them. It hasn't had maintenance in way over six months now the bags of leaves from fall still line the streets. They advertise a pool but it's either never open or it's like swamp water because of lack of upkeep and repairs. It's a running joke in here if they put out a poll there will be new managers so they can blame the old manager for why nothing is getting repaired.
I've been living here for 3 years, they kicked me and my family out without a 30day notice, they didn't give me a 1 hour to even pack my stuff but threw it outside when it was raining, management is never in office, Bryan lahman will tell you one thing but go against his word and leaves when he is confronted, prices have ran up with new management, cars without plates will be towed so do not have ANY PROJECT CARS. any other place will work with you, but English village park will not.
