The picture on this page looks nothing like English village Park. The owners who took over 3 years ago obviously only want to make money ,The condition of the park has gone down hill every since they bought the park. They keep raising the lot rent but can not keep good help to maintain the park. The trees have not been trimmed,the pool has not been taken care of properly. The picture shown is NOT English Village Park. This park is ghetto, NO maintenance They cannot keep management. Violent people are allowed to STAY & their lot is more of a dump then anything. Drug dealers and addicts allowed to live here. They have raised the lot rent multiple times in the name of maintenance and the ONLY work they actually do is move in More trailers with the work they do is basically the same as duck tape. This place is sinking like a stone do not move here. They can't keep a manager and when they do hire one that will actually help residents they fire them. It hasn't had maintenance in way over six months now the bags of leaves from fall still line the streets. They advertise a pool but it's either never open or it's like swamp water because of lack of upkeep and repairs. It's a running joke in here if they put out a poll there will be new managers so they can blame the old manager for why nothing is getting repaired.
I've been living here for 3 years, they kicked me and my family out without a 30day notice, they didn't give me a 1 hour to even pack my stuff but threw it outside when it was raining, management is never in office, Bryan lahman will tell you one thing but go against his word and leaves when he is confronted, prices have ran up with new management, cars without plates will be towed so do not have ANY PROJECT CARS. any other place will work with you, but English village park will not.
