I’ve lived in these apartments for 5 or so years now and I gotta say sometimes you get what you pay for. My rent has been jacked up every year that I have renewed my lease while nothing has been done to improve or better my unit or the complex itself. There is a new leasing manager every few months it seems which is ridiculous; they seem to struggle with keeping documents because I had to sign the same document 4 different times “they didn’t seem to have it on file”.
