Management is never in the office, and they constantly leave notes on the door saying they will be back later. Extremely hard to get into these apartments. And even harder to get in touch with someone in the office. Don't waste your money on the application, your credit score has to be high and with a high score you can just go finance a house.
These are nice apartments. The management is very nice and professional. I want to share that you have to have a 660 credit score to live here. The application fee is $20 per adult. $20 isn’t much but for me, it is because I am on a fixed income. If I knew my credit score had to be 660, I would not have wasted management time😂🤣 or the gas to go there. Just wanted to make you aware before you apply.
Income based but they constantly raise the rent even if your income doesn't increase.
