We have used English for years and have always found them to be timely, efficient and reasonably priced. This time around our service technician was Steve M. Steve is a great guy who brings a customer friendly approach to his work. Ask for him...you won't be disappointed.
This is the second time we used English. Called first thing on a Monday morning. Spoke with Sandy who was pleasant and funny! That is big for a Monday morning. Best yet, she got us and our neighbors on the schedule for same day service. Steve Caruolo was tech who arrived (early btw). He was great. Explained everything to me. It was simple and straight forward, and stuff he must have repeated a million times. They put me on the list to get a post card in two years. Highly recommend for routine maintenance.

As a first time home owner in our house for only two weeks we freaked out when our septic clogged and water backed up into the basement and sinks. Rich H was AWESOME. He came out after hours and fixed our issue right away. He took the time to explain to us what was happening and why and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions.
