Steve who pumped out my tank a while back before he ended up getting hurt on a job later on was pumping out my one thousand gallon tank and he claimed it was too hot out and that's the reason why he would not finish pumping it out! I paid for 1000 gallons to be pumped out and he took my money and left. Please keep these unprofessional people out of here!!
Dear Paul : I DO NOT NEED ANY MONEY FROM YOU BUT Please believe me what happened at my place was : Someone broke several pipes going to septic tank and all mud was coming from the pipes and nothing was going to the tank. I found out after I order the to empty the tank and nothing was in the tank. Please talk to your workers what they where hiding from you.. Had another (the 2nd) bad experience with this company. 1st exp. The blew a hole in my cleanout pipe snaking it out, and they had to dig up the yard and I fixed it. This time they charged me $100.00 more than another company I use(used them again for I give 2nd chances) and now they sent paperwork saying my system is bad and needs to be replaced. I will NEVER use them again.

New septic system installed in 2015 for a elderly woman. Wanted system to be up to code. Over 20,000.00. Pumped tank out, said it was a 1,000 gallon tank. In estimate of work to be done said 1,000 gallon tank. They hired an engineer for a plan that said 1,000 gallon tank. Go to sell it this year and find out it is not up to code-not a 1,000 gallon tank. Call multiple times and went in person to discuss problem. Never able to speak with the owner.
