I seen Dr Brinegar and I will never go back. He was the coldest, most impersonal Dr I’ve ever seen.  I felt like he couldn’t wait to get rid of me. He lasered off 2 small spots and never told me what to expect, how long it would take or anything. He wasn’t friendly AT ALL. I will never go back there again. He made me feel so uncomfortable that I too couldn’t wait to get out of there. I guess that makes 2 of us. Terrible!!!!!!  If you are looking for a personable, friendly Dr with a personality, don’t see him!!

They dont keep patient records. In fact they don't even acknowledge that I was a patient for three years when the removed Melanoma and Basel cancers. Zero stars.

There are 4 offices and none of them communicate with each other. The staff at the Gilbert off gave me the wrong information. The staff at the mesa office were very short and not friendly. I tried to talk to the office Manger and No one from the 2 offices ever go back to me. I am now going somewhere else.

Overall, pretty disappointed. I waited over almost two months for my appointment, not a huge deal, but after the wait, I can't even get more than five minutes with the dermatologist, Cynthia, to talk about my concerns? And even the two (that she was going to allow for that appointment) was a two second shrug of the shoulders. For example, I asked about a toe nail that was grazed by a horse and half of it has fallen off. She said she couldn't do anything about it except for a steroid shot and then it would possibly help it g... read more

Loved the new office staff...much more friendly and efficient. Dr. LEVINE was as very nice and explained what my skin needed. I do have one concern..I showed him three spotted areas on my face. He treated two of them but I would like to know what the third one was...and why it was not treated.. Can I come by to recheck?? I also forgot to give the front staff my referral letter so it should all be processed as per my insurance. Please advise me at 480-737-1621. Thanks.
