Lived in the Mayflower building for about 7 years. Didn’t have any bad experiences in the building, and it’s very close to all of the shops and stores in Englewood. Robert who is the super there was very helpful whenever I needed help with anything.
I lived at Englewood Properties for 10 years and will always remember my time there positively. - The location is excellent - you're within walking distance of all necessities. If you are into walking for exercise, the wooded neighborhoods behind the buildings are gorgeous. I lived here for years and never had any problems. Location is great, close to downtown. Apartment size is huge and the building is always well kept and clean. The manager Robert is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!!!!!!!
I had great experience here such a good location with library bank store all walking distance. Rob had been very nice and available when we needed.
