I lived at Englewood Properties for 10 years and will always remember my time there positively. - The location is excellent - you're within walking distance of all necessities. If you are into walking for exercise, the wooded neighborhoods behind the buildings are gorgeous. I lived here for years and never had any problems. Location is great, close to downtown. Apartment size is huge and the building is always well kept and clean. The manager Robert is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!!!!!!!
I had great experience here such a good location with library bank store all walking distance. Rob had been very nice and available when we needed.
This apartment is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a great value, located within 2 blocks from down town Englewood and down the street from the famous restaurant Sofia. A big money saver is that the rent includes heat and water. There is plenty of parking and an option to rent a parking space in an enclosed and safe parking lot behind the complex.
