I lived here for years and never had any problems. Location is great, close to downtown. Apartment size is huge and the building is always well kept and clean. The manager Robert is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!!!!!!!
I had great experience here such a good location with library bank store all walking distance. Rob had been very nice and available when we needed.
This apartment is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a great value, located within 2 blocks from down town Englewood and down the street from the famous restaurant Sofia. A big money saver is that the rent includes heat and water. There is plenty of parking and an option to rent a parking space in an enclosed and safe parking lot behind the complex. This was my husband and I’s first apartment after we got married. We lived here for 3 years and we didn’t have any problems! The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. Robert, the super, was great. He was always willing to help and answer any of our questions immediately. He fixed our appliances, opened the door when we left our keys inside, helped us pump our bike…we really appreciated all the support!
