I was referred to EPTS by Dr. Cuff after suffering a tear in my right rotator cuff in June 2016. I scheduled appointments 3x per wk for 3wks. My first visit I was warmly greeted by Kelli, receptionist, and was taken, within minutes, to a treatment room by Norma, the head therapist. I was referred to Englewood Physical Therapy by my rheumotologist, Dr. Ikeman, for back and neck pain due to an injury. I was very impressed with Norma and her staff: Daniel, Luis, Kelli and Stewart and the wonderful treatment I received. I sought treatment for neck & shoulder pain. The staff is very friendly & rooms clean.
The therapists here are great. Lewis got my shoulder back in shape in no time. They are very attentive and aware of your needs. They always answered all of my questions and spent time with me when I needed it. The building was always clean and neat. I will definetly go back there when I need a therapist again.
I was sent to Englewood Physical Therapy for sever neck pain for four weeks, 3 days a week. Treatment I received was comforting and relaxing. After my final treatment I have been pain free. If I have a need to return, it will be Englewood Physical Therapy for me. Thank you. Ray Stout
I would highly recommend Englewood Physical Therapy. I just finished a month of therapy there for a frozen shoulder. I was very pleased with all of the staff and the treatment I received. My shoulder is 100% better and I am able to do everything I did before my shoulder injury. Louis and Norma were excellent. They were very knowledgable and personable and I enjoyed working with them. Norma, Louis, Kelli and Stuart, what a staff!!! Five stars is really few for them. They are absolutely great! Norma and Louis are the best ever; they don't pay attention to time when they are working on you. I fell and broke my elbow in three pieces, so I had surgery and a radius head replacement. It is very painful and recovery the motion is very hard, but in less than 3 months and thanks to them I did it! I had rotator cuff surgery on 9-27-13 in Indianapolis and I am from Champaign, Illinois. Before arriving here for our winter vacation ( I am retired) I had found this place on the internet and had set up an appointment to be evaluated so I could continue Physical Therapy. This facility and expecially the employees are so genuine and friendly.
