Don't go there terrible place
Staff has always been extremely thorough, kind and knowledgeable!
Horrible front desk mannerism. Went in to check in said hello. No response from either workers in the front i start to check in and they were able to tell me that it will be a two hour wait. Telling me that was not an issue but greeting me back was. Not professional at all it’s the peak of flu season i don’t think people like that should be in healthcare. I’m in healthcare and would never ignore a patient. Not acceptable. I politely turned around and left.
After a rocky first visit and due to a misunderstanding things turned out for the best . My wife was refused a physical for her Autistic step son and the next day I went back extremely angry. After talking to the day shift head of nursing things began to smooth out a bit and was told to bring him back and they would see if they could do the physical.
