Conveniently located. Very nice building. The staff is very professional.
I brought my child to this clinic for an X-Ray and had the most TERRIBLE. Experience. The technician was a young woman named Michele. She was extremely unprofessional, rude and impatient with my child. She dismissed me and my concerns and spoke in a very arrogant tone. She did not allow me to go in the room with my child and did not care to explain it to me in a professional language. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to check up on their workers. Absolutely disgusting service.
Terrible my doctor left suddenly and I’m left with no doctor supposedly I have a new doctor coming in April now they tell me in June so I’m looking into going somewhere else

Saw a PA at their outpatient urgent care in Cresskill. Very bad experience - rude, not diligent and put in order for labs, took sample from me, and she never followed up to have the labs processed. Practice manager was just as bad - ignored the negligence. Had I not kept tabs on this PA, as a medical provider myself, the labs would never have gotten done. Other providers at this facility are really great, however. So, ask if you will get the PA here and if so, ask for the MD, DO, or ANP. If all they have is the PA, head out ... read more
