Dr. L is amazing! My son loves going. Everyone in the office is very accommodating to our schedule. The first appointment does take a while but after that, no problems at all.
This practice needs to get their stories straight and know who is accepting new patients and whose not. Very disappointing experience
If I could give this practice less than one star, I would. My daughter has been seen here by two doctors and one therapist. Her first doctor gave her medications that initially seemed effective. But after a few years (yes, YEARS), they were clearly not effective anymore. Since she was only being seen once a month via telehealth, the doctor never picked up on my daughter’s state of mind — and she’s supposedly a psychiatrist! Whoever I was on the phone with at around 11 am on February 13th 2025 was super rude when I had called about the state of my mother's wellbeing being affected by the psychiatrist Sana Sharma for giving her two medications she never had before at a high dose. I called and told the person that my mom was having really bad side effects to the psychiatrist's medication and that I was trying to reach them for few days and they would say that Dr Sharma was unavailable and would call me back ASAP and never call back, that or not ev... read more
