Same here these workers have a such an attitude it’s sickening. When I first started with this office I was seeing a female Doctor that I wasn’t pleased with. Then I was changed to a Doctor that was named Dr Bissoff. He was such an amazing Doctor and I was so sad that he left the Office after four years of seeing him every time before our session was over. Really disappointed with this establishment. It took months to even get an appointment because nobody called me back. I finally got an appointment and the Dr told me he’s leaving in a few weeks, and then they won’t tell me if I’m being referred out of the practice or if I can see another doctor there. I called two weeks ago, they don’t call back or offer any actual help. They also don’t answer the phone. For a business that is supposed to help mental health, this is an extremely unprofessional group of people.

Dr. L is amazing! My son loves going. Everyone in the office is very accommodating to our schedule. The first appointment does take a while but after that, no problems at all.

This practice needs to get their stories straight and know who is accepting new patients and whose not. Very disappointing experience

If I could give this practice less than one star, I would. My daughter has been seen here by two doctors and one therapist. Her first doctor gave her medications that initially seemed effective. But after a few years (yes, YEARS), they were clearly not effective anymore. Since she was only being seen once a month via telehealth, the doctor never picked up on my daughter’s state of mind — and she’s supposedly a psychiatrist!
