Rude customer service. Went in for a physical that is 100 percent covered by insurance and then end up getting bills because it is coded wrong. End up having to call mutiple people to get it resolved while everyone claims that it was someone else's fault

I’ve been a patient at this office for almost a decade, consistently on the same medications. Unfortunately, due to an insurance change, I had to switch providers. I was shocked and disappointed to find that they refused to refill a very delicate medication that is critical to my health. If I could give a negative 10, I would. Their administrative staff has no empathy for its patients and does NOT do their jobs. When I asked for the supervisor I got attitude. I was lied to and I dont appreciate that at all. I finally had to go into the office and speak with "Samantha" and not once did anyone apologize for anything or say how can we help resolve the issue.
