DR. SAPIENZA IS ONE OF THE MOST CARING DOCTORS I'VE EVER MET. AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. HE TAKES HIS TIME WITH YOU, LISTENS WELL, AND ALLAYS ALL YOUR FEARS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO SOMEONE WHO NEEDS HIS SERVICES. HE HAS THE BEST STAFF, ALSO. WONDERFUL!!
Always a pleasant experience when I need to see Dr. Sapienza in the office or for a colonoscopy. He and the entire staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. The care is exceptional. I do recommend Dr. Sapienza to anyone who needs a great gastroenterologist.
Highly recommend Dr. Sapienza and his practice. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner, especially important when discussing sensitive topics. It did take a while (2 months) for my 1st appointment as they had no availabilities, but once I was a patient everything worked seamlessly. The front desk responds immediately and takes great care of you. I met Dr. Mark Sapienza through my OBGYN. I was informed that it was time to have a colonoscopy. So this was my first meeting with Dr. Sapienza. He was very pleasant and though I am a health care professional, he still explained the procedure to me thoroughly. His bedside manners are amazing and it appears very sincere. I had a colonoscopy at Gastroenterology Group of Northern New Jersey Center and received the best care at the center. Immediately upon arrival, each and every person I encountered, made me feel welcome, answered my questions, and allayed any fears I had regarding the procedure. I commend everyone for their high level of professionalism and caring. From beginning to end, everything ran smoothly and made the experience a pleasant one.
Dr. Sapienza is the best. Always professional, understanding, and reachable. I highly recommend him.
