Dr Sapienza is one of a kind, he spends as much time as you need and will talk you through and more importantly explain in layman’s terms your situation. I would highly recommend dr Sapienza and his practice.
Consider ourselves very lucky to have Dr. S and his colleagues right her in our area. Dr. Sapienza has operated on Jean and me both. That he is around when and if needed is a great comfort to us, reassuring.
Went in for a endoscopy, Dr. Sapienza was there to speak with me before the procedure and came in to speak with me regarding my concerns after the procedure. Everyone that was part of the procedure, were very pleasant and made the process go smoothly.
Dr. Sapienza and staff are nothing short of fantastic. I recently underwent a procedure and from the moment I first walked through the door to the moment I offered my good byes, I was kept informed, cared for, and made to feel at ease.
Very pleased with the entire process. The staff was very professional and courteous. The procedure was completed with no discomfort. Dr. Sapienza reviewed the results and was very supportive.

I highly recommend Dr Sapienza as a gastroenterologist. I recently had my first colonoscopy and was very nervous. He put my fears at ease, and I felt very comfortable going into the procedure. He is not only a skilled and knowledgeable physician, but also very kind and caring. The endoscopy suite in Englewood Cliffs is state of the art, and the staff was friendly, warm, and efficient.
