Service Issue I did schedule for service three times with GMC Englewood Auto group. The 2013 GMC Acadia was not blowing air (cooling/heating) through the two vent on the top for the back passengers. I did two time scheduled and still turned me down, service advisor said they have no time to do this service for both times. Third time truck was dropped at 7:30am, and went to pickup at 3:30pm.
