We loved it! First time there and hope to be back. We had a beautiful ocean view room and very clean. Had a delicious filet mignon at the restaurant. Hope to come back again!
Had an opportunity to stay in the hotel this weekend. Wonderful room, beautiful and comfortable bed, exceptionally clean room and fantastic staff! Plus, since out of season, a great room with a view. Had dinner in the hotel and it was excellent. Very accommodating and nice staff in the hotel. Highly recommended!!
We have been going to the Engleside for years and have always enjoyed it. We try to get there a little early and have a drink at the bar prior to our reservations. Linda at the bar always makes us feel at home and treats everyone as if they were regulars, this isn't always the case at other LBI establishments. I worked at the Engleside for many years. The owners are genuinely top notch people, who greatly care about their establishment and their workers. The food is always consistently fantastic, and presented beautifully. The kitchen is extremely clean, and the chef and his team take pride in their work. I always enjoy dropping in when I'm in the area!
