We have been going to Engles for years both body work and mechanical, top notch customer service at a reasonable price, fast service job dine right the first time !!!
2 horror stories. Worst first. Sister had her truck in for brakes. She has a 2 yr old. They get it back and drive to the poconos. Start hearing a noise. Upon inspection, they find 1 caliper bolt completely missing and the lugs have come loose on one wheel! And my story is had my cts in for inspection and it failed. No problem. Said I need to replace 1 cat. I do and bring it back. NOW it needs an O2 sensor. What, can't figure that out THE FIRST TIME? Never be back, ever.
Engle's Body Shop does amazing work. So pleased with the service from beginning to end. Highly recommend to anyone. The process was so easy and effortless and the work completed was on point. Staff are extremely kind and show so much care to their customers.
