England Logistics is one of the worst companies I have hauled for I hauled a load out of PA to Norfolk, VA. I invoice the load for Quickpay after two weeks of not being paid I called for 4 weeks after that and was finally paid a week later but was short $480 for lumper fee which they were to pay.I recommend any Carriers to stay away from this company.

Worst company ever They eat my money and not responding me back . Am sick and tired by calling , email but no one answer. They eat my money and asked me to give cancellation fees , which I paid but they stops responding after that. Am frustrated. Please guys never take this company. One of invoice they send to another company and stopped even. Taking about that Worst do t trust please never take this factoring

We have been working with them for the past 2 years and have had problems every week. In the past few months, our multiple calls and emails a day have been ignored. Even our requests for a termination letter have been ignored like the emails don't exist. They don't tell you when they have received money from brokers and they will hold that money until you reach out to them after learning from brokers that you have been paid. HORRIBLE FACTORING COMPANY . Never use their service! My rep quit earlier this year and I still don't have another one. I ask repeatedly who will be my new rep. They ignore your emails, they hold your money without reason, they charge back even before 30 days. This is no lie I have called 12 times in the last 2 weeks and been hold each call for 10 mins each call just to get sent to viocemail or for the call to drop. A very bad FACTORING COMPANY . Never take their service as Factoring . I have experience with them and i can't explain that how much frustrate i am. They ignore your emails, they hold your money without reason, they charge back even before 30 days, They diconnect your phone if you ask to transfer your call to Manager or Supervisor . I've been doing business for England Carrier Services for 12 months as a factoring company. They are hands down the worst thing I've dealt with in 16 years. No one answers the phones, concealing monies paid to them, lying about sending customer paperwork, sending private paperwork to the wrong company including banking information. 6 months to leave, I'm still finding they have customers money they can't trace.
