ENGLAND CARRIER SERVICES DID WONDERS FOR OUR GROWING FLEET. YOU JUST NEED TO SPEAK TO THE RIGHT REP WHEN YOU ARE MOVING. LOOK FOR STEVEN GREENE. HE IS AMAZING. HIS FOLLOW UP AND HIS HELP WHEN NEEDED IS PRICELESS, AND HE DOES NOT PROMISE WHAT HE CANNOT DELIVER. THE TIRE DISCOUNTS, MAINTENANCE HELP IS AWESOME. I WISH WE HAD MOVED TO THEM EARLIER ON. Worst factoring company to factor with! Time for a class action law suit for the hardship they cause carriers with their incompetent ability to perform the service they are paid for causing hardship for many small owner operators. They are illegally holding carriers hostage after contract are up by not sending release letters when requested by a carrier. the worst factoring company would be a understatement, been factoring for 2 years and trying to leave for a year, they renew you with out asking, change your account reps every month, forget calling them you will be on hold for hours and not talk to no one, and now finally they cant buy any our invoices no more because we are growing to fast, and doing too much business with our dedicated contract is what we were told, and were told to have another company do a buy out when there were 2 months left on a contract that we didn... read more

Do Not Use Them! We have been factoring with England since 2017. They had great customer service until last year. They would assign and change our CSR every few months. The motive of a CSR is to be able to get in contact directly with them. They had their direct lines, but they would get mad at us for calling at direct lines, and to call on their toll-free numbers and keep on waiting for hours and hours until someone would answer the call and still not be able to help us out. We have worked for England Logistics for about eight months, at this current time, their credit department and our agent have held our funds for weeks and our account is in the hole. Do not work with this company, they have no regard for your business, and when they feel as though they have a power play to achieve, they will find ways to hold your money needlessly. We started factoring with England Carrier Services several years ago. Their service was amazing in the beginning. They did go through some rough spots, as far as customer service, due to growth, but we always got our money on time. We have always been notified when our customer rep changed and they have either emailed or phoned to introduce themselves. We did stop factoring with them after the owner of our trucking company passed. Our contract was terminated with no problems and several people at England were very helpful in... read more
