Great customer service and friendly staff
As good as everyone says. Mattress shopping is a special kind of hell, and it's amazing how low the bar is. Engineered Sleep is old-school in the best way -- the customer service is friendly, supportive, and zero-pressure. The mattress was high-quality and really wonderful. I'm excited to recommend these guys to everyone, and can vouch for the fact that they're way better than other popular mattress-in-a-box companies. Our King Mattress from Engineered sleep is the best. I travel a lot for work and sleep on hundreds of different mattresses a year, nothing compares to the comfort of an Engineered sleep mattress! I don't like the feel of memory foam mattresses. and prefer a latex mattress. I looked extensively for a latex mattress and found one at Engineered Sleep for a very reasonable price. I have had it for years, and it's very comfortable. I'm very happy with my purchase!
