I'm giving this company 1 star, but i wish i could give them less! We asked for this company to do a warranty repair of a brand new True freezer, that needed a fan aligned. The technician apparently plugged it into the wrong outlet, causing the breaker to flip. He then took it upon himself to take stuff apart, and spent several hours working on something that just needed to be plugged into another outlet. Update I have never in my life had a worse experience with a company than with Engineered Refrigeration Systems . Not only did they perform work that was not authorized by us on a warranty work system for a brand new unit and demand payment for it, but the owner of the company just threatened me. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and hostile company in my life. If you own a Tru registration unit do not use this company. We will be reporting this company to the Tennessee Consumer Affairs tomorrow when they open.
Sent in for a warranty fix for our brand new unit. The technician came out and fixed the unit but then spent time doing electrical work outside the scope of his work. We then were charges over $300 for work that we did not approve or even ask for. Will no lt use this company again for any warranty service.
