My condo is in Diamond Bar, and I hired Engineered Comfort (EC) to install a brand-new unit in the Spring of 2021. When Summer came, I had to call EC for a repair. Just a few months after the install, the unit would not cool the house. EC came out and had to add Freon to repair the unit. Winter came, and EC had to come out to repair the HVAC unit again.
