Engine realty is a very good company!
The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. They communicated clearly, understood my needs, and helped me find the perfect house to rent.
Li Anderson is the most difficult person I have ever worked with. Although the Engine Realty Website says they do contract negotiantions, Li is unwilling to negotiate. When trying to call her to clear things up about the negotiation, she hangs up on me. Li is one of the most unprofessional people. Do NOT use Engine Realty or rent from Li Anderson.
Recently I closed a transaction with Engine Realty (Zhenxing Tang and Li Anderson). They were very proactive and professional. I'll be glad to do more business with them Thank you!
