Requested updated OC certificates for my new apartment to be purchased two weeks prior to settling and another request 2 days as well, yet nothing has been done, and no certificates or updates even on the day of settlement. Useless.

I'm chair of our OC and engine have been a nightmare this year. Engine have mismanaged our building, leaving us with hundreds of Essential Services Maintenance defects causing us to be compliant and exposing us to council fines, fire authority action, and putting our lives at risk. Our current manager, Lucas, doesn't respond to calls or emails for weeks, and sometimes months. He may respond saying hes in a meeting, then you never hear back from him. We have used this group for the past 11 years. Over the last 8 years we have had 7 portfolio executives, they turn over a lot of staff. For the last 12 months new management has made it impossible for us to continue the relationship. Complaints from lot owners include no email responses, certificates not being issued, phone calls not returned, OC meetings not done in time, paperwork not done correctly, minutes of meetings lost and not published, minutes then done by AI and not making sense of what was spoken. OWNERS BEWARE Avoid at all cost. An awful business that has deteriorated over time. They have had many people come and go, especially over the past six months (that in itself says that something is wrong internally). Never know who to contact, even with the general email, there is never a response. Nothing was ever dealt with, major and minor problems took months to fix. Their reviews seem consistent and anyone would be silly to go with such incompetence!!!!
