This place is an amazing place to eat! From its historical roots and revived architecture to its selection of delicious food, Engine House No 9 is among the best restaurants in all of Tacoma. I'm surprised Guy from Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives hasn't visited this place. I had the Pulled Pork Sandwich with modifications (Pepper Jack cheese, grilled onions, jalapenos) suggested by our waiter. This was the best pulled pork I've ever had, hands down. Engine House No. 9 is a must visit!

What a pleasant surprise! We went to breakfast here for the first time and it was amazing. Their cheesy home fries are delicious and the cinnamon bun kicks Cinnabon's ass.

oh my goodness, this is a place i just discovered and will definately be back again and again. I had the pastrami hash with scrambled eggs and homemade english muffin, and it was perfect! such a large serving i also had it for lunch later in the day! Great service, atmosphere, no waiting to be seated a total winner!

Food was great. Ordered the chicken fried steak. Very large portions so I had leftovers. My drink was not so good but it has whiskey in it and Im not a whiskey drinker so not sure why I orded it. Saturday nights are busy but food came real fast. Karoake was too loud.
