I have used Engles for over a decade. From buying my wife her wedding ring, to the occasional gift, Engles has beautiful quality jewlery to look at always. They have an in house goldsmith so they do not have to send out jewlery to be sized which is also amazing. Also this staff is so kind and patient willing to help you find what you want!
I wasn’t sure where to go and have some watches worked on but am glad I chose Engels The service was great and they replaced a quarts watch with a battery and then I had 2 eco drive watches also that needed help. They were able to bring the one back to life even though it had been inside a jewelry box for about 15 years. It was so great. My other eco drive was not responding so I was made aware that if I wanted Engles could sent it out for servicing at citizen which I was so thankful to know. We are huge fans of Engels! Mark, Carrie Anne, and the staff are incredibly helpful and easy to work with. My fiancé designed my beautiful engagement ring and was led through the entire process with their thoughtful guidance. We look forward to doing more with them in the future! Recommend to all!
Engels Jewelry absolutely killed it for me. I had a couple of my grandmother’s rings and didn’t know what to do with them. I took them into Carrie Anne and she helped me design a pendent to use the stones from the rings. Later when I decided to add some stones from a pendent I had they updated the design without hesitation. I now have a pendent filled with lots of memories. Thank you Mark and Carrie Anne!
