I brought in rings that I had inherited. They needed repair and cleaning. Carrie Anne and Mark were very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and gave me cost estimates with no surprises. Everything was done with care and I was treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you that now I can wear my rings with confidence, knowing they are well protected
Engles did a great job sizing my diamond ring and fixing the prongs. I am very pleased with their excellent work!
I lost the beautiful pearl from a ring given to me from my husband. The sales woman was so helpful and reassuring that they could order another one and it would be like new. Helpful courteous staff and repair was timely. I recommend this jewelry business. I went back today for something else but sadly the power was out. I will return though.
