Stacey Rutherford was my realtor for my first (and current) home and she was absolutely amazing: open-minded, professional, honest, and went above and beyond for me. Mike was and is a great agent. He is thorough and patient. He researched the market and kept us within the parameters of what we were comfortable with. His follow through was impeccable and made sure that the contract we were to sign met all the provisions we asked for and that all the conditions were clear and fulfilled.

We recently purchased a property working with Mike. He was very easy to work with in every respect. He has lived in the area for a long time so his local knowledge is great. We often had to communicate from a distance and he was responsive and the process was smooth whether we were in town or out of town. Mike handled our transaction with skill and professionalism from the search thru escrow close. There was an insurance issue involving the owner of the adjoining unit and the seller that Mike managed beautifully.
