Anita Ford was by far the worst property manager I have ever encountered. Throughout the entire 3 years that we rented a duplex in Bonita Springs, she was always rude and had the worst attitude. Anytime you had to call her about anything she would scream and swear at you. Anytime we placed a service call, she did not follow up, nor did she ever fix anything. We had to replace everything ourselves out of our own pocke and were never reimbursed. Our last terrible experience ended with her sending us an email stating the owners... read more
