My furnace went out, and I gave Engebos a call after-hours because their website says, "24/7 Emergency Response: Our experienced team is ready to respond around the clock, whether it’s the middle of the night or a weekend, ensuring that you’re never left in the cold." What they don't say is "only if you are en existing customer," which is what they told me when I called and they rejected my service request. Best Heating and Cooling company in the area. Best price for furnace with A/C hands down! I got many estimates, and they were much higher. I got the estimate on Tuesday, and they were both installed on Thursday. They were super friendly and did quality work. We will continue to use them for maintenance.
I can't say enough about Matt and his crew. They are exceptional and take care of their customers. Knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and competitively priced. Highly recommended.
Excellent unload time
We recently used Engebos Heating and Cooling to replace a fan in our furnace. The tech, Ross, was very knowledgeable, explained what happened and why, and replaced the part for us. Our furnace is back up and running wonderfully!
