Had a smooth experience when working with Engage Studio for an engagement ring. I was able to work closely with Haley and the team when going through the customization process. They were extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable during the journey. The team were able to accommodate my timeline of just under 2 months (Beginning of October to Pickup end of November) — ideation to CAD rendering, to picking up the final ring. I cannot thank Haley and the team enough for the work that they’ve done.

I'm a little delayed with this, but first spoke with the Engage Studio team back in ~April to have a ring made. Since I was long distance, the team was great in being able to accommodate online / zoom meetings for us to discuss my vision, reviews, etc. Ji was great in walking through the different decision options & pros / cons of each.
