This property management is one of the most responsive and nicest I've worked with our property manager Gary is fast and easy to talk to. The front office also gets things done ASAP if it's a emergency. Hope to work with them for many years to come!
Property management is very helpful before you sign a lease, then unresponsive once you've signed. I've also had some maintenance requests closed without completion. They list things that will be fixed or updated before move in, but afterwards it's like pulling teeth to get ahold of someone, even when the request is filed online and/or directly with maintenance coordinator. The plumber came in with a tool to diagnose and fix the problem. Within 5 minutes he determined that the problem was more severe and the toilet needed to be removed and switched out with a new one. He got on the phone and talked to his boss. Explained the problem sent her photos of the problem. His boss called him back within 5 minutes with the ok to get a new toilet. The plumber went to Home Depot got the toilet and installed it. He cleaned up after himself as well. The job was done in a minimal amount to time and done well... read more
Disappointing experience. Waited a week to schedule a showing, took time off work, and on the day of the appointment it was canceled last minute. When I called, I was told the unit had already been rented. Poor communication and wasted time.
