Solid customer service. Gary was helpful the whole way through starting from even before the tour. Excellent communication, very patient, and willing to be flexible, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for an apartment, you will have a streamlined, refreshing experience.

We lived in an ENG Property for several years and it was the best property management company we have ever dealt with. Sharlotte is fantastic and the maintenance crew was amazing both on time to act and overall service. Would highly recommend renting or listing with ENG Properties.

I was looking for a place to live after selling my home after 10 years. The market has changed so much , I found a property on Zillow and met Clint for a tour. Clint is professional, kind, understanding and a great communicator. He walked me through the process and was more than efficient. I also called the office several times and spoke to Irene . She was also very helpful and polite on the phone . These 2 reminded me that there are still companies who value customer service. Thank you ENG for the above status service.

If you are looking for a good property management company as a tenant, then look no further. Gary was awesome as a property manager. He was prompt with requests and the maintenance was always quick and easy to schedule. Customer service is great. They also were ethical with returning all of my security deposit. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. If I move back to the area, I will definitely try to rent through them. Thanks so much.
