If you are looking for a good property management company as a tenant, then look no further. Gary was awesome as a property manager. He was prompt with requests and the maintenance was always quick and easy to schedule. Customer service is great. They also were ethical with returning all of my security deposit. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. If I move back to the area, I will definitely try to rent through them. Thanks so much.
Loved living in my apartment for 8 wonderful years! This company was very prompt and doing any work orders that needed to be done or anything that needed to be fixed! Highly recommend them!
Alex was a great property manager and responded to emails in a timely manner to resolve any issues we had. Work orders were addressed quickly, as well. Great place to rent from!
Clint was our main point of contact at ENG Properties. He was fantastic to work with! Questions and requests were responded to promptly, and grounds were consistently well-cared for. Everyone at ENG was exceptionally professional and kind. Highly recommend.

Life was really stressful right now and was very knowledgeable on what apartments were available. What apartments will come up available made it easy to start the application process.
