Big thank you to Hannah, great PicoWay laser experience. Hannah is an industry pro, she also works as an instructor for tattoo removal technicians. After about 8 sessions, the tattoo was gone. I’m happy with the results!

Was very excited (and nervous) to do a consultation and try a new facial. I had a consultation with Matisyn about a month ago. Was told Matisyn would follow up with me that evening summarizing the consultation and to book an appointment. Never heard back. I then sent a follow up email to Kevin and never heard back :( I dont know why I got ghosted especially when I would have been giving them hundreds of dollars. I would not have gone to the consultation if I knew this would have been the case.
I have been seeing Christina Rodriguez for electrolysis for years and she is the best electrologist I’ve ever had! She is amazing - methodical, detail-oriented, and truly cares about treating my skin well. I cannot recommend Christina highly enough!
