Our property manager, Ashely Garcia, has been outstanding- responsive, dependable, and genuinely committed to resident satisfaction. She addresses issues promptly and diplomatically and consistently goes the extra mile to advocate for the community. It’s refreshing to finally have a property manager who clearly prioritizes residents’ quality of living
Roaches, a/c doesn’t work half the time, impossible to get in touch with point of contact for issue after issue. We are miserable after three months. Do not rent here. Edit: A/C has now been out 5 times in the 4 months we’ve lived here- all occurring in the summer. Edit 2: it’s been a year and a half here- ROACHES EVERYWHERE :,( can’t wait for our lease to end. Overpriced and terribly managed.
